My Potential Candidates (previously known as the Global Talent Pool) is a tool designed to actively engage students and connect them directly with existing internship offers. Powered by a built-in matching engine, it highlights qualified candidates from your committee who are a great fit for open positions. This personalized approach gives coordinators the autonomy to handpick candidates based on employer preferences, ensuring more precise matching and boosting the overall effectiveness of placements.

The tool includes all approved student profiles in the EP who have given consent to share their information within the IAESTE community and currently have no active nominations. It is particularly valuable for unused offers or positions requiring urgent nominations. Within this tab, you can easily evaluate candidates by reviewing their study fields, availability, skill sets, fields of interest, and CVs.

Current scope and workflow:

• Committee-level matching: Currently, this feature is available for Outgoing offers, meaning you will see recommended candidates from your own committee.

• Direct assignment: Once you identify a match, you can continue by assigning the candidate using their email address to invite them to apply for the offer.

• Nomination via EP: If the student reciprocates interest, you can proceed with nominating them for the position directly through the EP, keeping the sending committee fully involved throughout the process.
